Returns & Refunds

We hope you absolutely love your Angels Armour jewellery. However, if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and with their original packaging.

To arrange a return, please email hello@angelsarmour.co.uk with your order number.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for their own return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we'll arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days, using your original payment method.

For eligible returns of a complete order cancelled within the statutory cooling-off period, we'll also refund the original standard delivery charge.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
